Allied Digital clarifies on media reports of raid conducted by the Income Tax Department, in the Mumbai premises. Allied Digital said that no raids were conducted on the premises of Allied Digital in Mumbai. The I-T Department carried out a routine survey. Allied Digital fully cooperated with the I-T Department officials who visited our premises, who, completely satisfied with the information provided by Allied Digital, wrapped up the survey by the end of the day and left our premises, whereupon Allied Digital continued to operate in the normal course of business.Allied Digital has no offices or any other premises in Solan and is not connected in any material way to any organisation in Solan.Allied Digital has had no business dealings with any company by way of “bogus” transactions.
