USD declining as optimism of a European plan supported market sentiment. Asian stock markets finished higher and European bourses are all trading to the upside at time of writing. U.S. stock futures are currently up over 1.00%. The Swiss franc is the strongest performer against the buck, currently gaining nearly 2.28%.
