SIEMENS AG has made a voluntary open offer to public shareholders of Siemens Ltd to acquire 66,829,060 i.e. 19.82% of voting share capital at 930 per equity share. Upon completion, assuming full acceptance, Siemens will represent 75% of the voting share capital. The offer is subject to regulatory approval of RBI, SEBI etc
